CANCELLATION POLICY: Please understand that other clients may be competing for your appointment time. In Order to be courteous to them and to the therapist, please give 24 HOURS NOTICE of the cancellations. Except for emergency situations or physical illness including Covid related health concerns, cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice or missing an appointment without notification will result in a full charge of the scheduled appointment. This must be paid in full before another appointment can be schedule in the future.

LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the 'full' session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
